Backyard Fire Pit

How nice is a fire pit in your backyard after a long day at work?  I know I sure enjoy the relaxation and tranquility it can offer on a Friday night with a couple friends.

You might ask, what are my options to build a fire pit?  Am I limited to having a wood fired pit?  What are the laws in my area for fire code?

Luckily, the options now are vast for any size of fire pit you may desire!  You can choose from traditional wood, propane, or natural gas for fuel.  Some say you cannot beat wood for a fire.  Of course, with wood you have the collecting of logs to do and the cleanup of ash when your night is over.  As far as propane goes, it is a suitable fuel source; however, if natural gas is available to you I strongly recommend it over propane due to cost and convenience.

Now let’s say you’ve chosen your fuel source; what do you want your pit to look like?  Where can you legally place it?  The options are too many to list, and fire code changes with almost every city.  Contact us and we can discuss the numerous construction options and help you find the legal information as well.
