Start-Up
Barrett is ready each spring to start-up your irrigation system. We will run through your system zone-by-zone, adjust heads, repair leaks, unplug nozzles, check coverage and correct any other problems that may have occurred over the winter. We will also program your controller to ensure run times are set to keep your grass healthy without over watering.

Winterization
Turn to Barrett in the fall for a complete shutdown of your irrigation system. Our crew will drain the backflow, remove the battery and unplug your controller. We also offer a workmanship warranty on all the winterization work we do if it is completed by November 1st and before any below-freezing days.

Inspections, Testing and Repairs
Not sure if your current irrigation system is doing the job correctly and efficiently? We can perform a full inspection looking at the heads, weather sensor and controller to make any needed repairs so that you aren’t wasting water and money. Barrett has a certified backflow tester on staff to make sure your system is up to new plumbing codes that went into effect in January of 2016. Essentially the code states that all sprinkler system backflows, the part that prevents water from going back into the water supply, must be tested yearly to make sure they are functioning properly.
